The soon to be 10 foot wide path leading from the Rotary Park parking lot to the handicap dock had construction moving along Wednesday. Some work was completed before forms or pouring. The dock it’s self may be pulled out today, if that is the case I will miss another day at the watering hole. Friction between the path contractor, the city and my friend was noticed, something to do with running over survey markers. 🙂 In the big picture, it is nice to have a van when it starts raining hard.
